Which hair colour?!!!?

ok so basically i really tired of my current natural hair colour which is.. well is not blond but not exactly brown, you cant even call it dirty blond so im thinking of naturally lightning it to about this colour:

my skin tone is quite dark i guess.. its like cheryl coles in the second picture:)
