本人因工作不滿,但是上司是外國人..希望幫忙!!投訴如下:

會計部最近屢次發生不合作,不愉快事件,公司內每天都搞分化及每天都搞小動作,張小姐不工作及夠鐘收工不遵守分配安排的時間,會計部自從1月1日開始張小姐其人每天都不合作及不工作,會計部兩位同事長期工作過量及不夠人手,
張小姐其人不了了之!!
會計部嚴重埋怨及申訴工作過量及冧檔而張小姐其人沒有做好這份工作!!
請問在一間公司內搞分化及小動作又不合作及不聽工作安排,可以長期下去嗎??A公司是縱容一個員工搞分化及小動作,又不聽從上司命令??
會計部工作冧檔差不多有2個多月,煩請上司跟進張小姐其人的工作態度.
