Regarding the question/topic/issue whether participation in team sport can help develop good character, wide discussion has been aroused. Some people hold that participating in individual sport, instead of team sport, would build our character. To large extent, however, I am on the opposite side of this claim. To my mind, team sport often promotes our character-building for either adolescents or elders.As I mentioned above, we could make a conclusion that team sport can really help us develop our character. It could establish not only our own roles, but also our cooperation skills, which are useful to our life such as workplace. We cannot doubt that workplace surely requires those abilities to promote our results.
