犬齒上面D牙肉腫左，點算？？？

upper cannine with swollen gum and
gets hurt only when press down,

If you can, may i know
Do you have history of gum disease? Smoking habit? Same experience in the past? Any pus discharge? Is it pain when biting on something hard? When was your last cleansing? Any bleeding on toothbrushing? What colour does the gum appear? Approximate days of uncomfortable ? etc......
