The place is also called psychiatric home. Some people don't like the words "hospital" and "asylum".

Calling a person a lunatic, the question itself reflects a very negative attitude towards people experiencing difficulty in their mental state
In the community,they just live in their homes, just like JD's and anyone else's home.

There is no special places to put these people together as in the sad past. If required, they live a living with programmes in and out of their living place supported by care givers.
