1)題目話：Moses Chan is the owner of a famous coffee shop "Mo Cafe"in Mongkok district only.
咁應該係咩structure?
2)Suppose the fixed cost od Mo Cafe increases from $5 to $8 , state how it wil affect the following :(1)Price
(2)Quantity
(3)Economic Profit

1) Monopoly

2) Since it's monopoly...
1) it won't affect price, because price is determined by MR, MC (determine the output level) and Demand (determine the price)
FC will not affect any of these.
2) Not affected (as above)
3) Reduced. Because TR total revenue unchanged, (see above), but TC total cost increased (FC increased.)
