Does this Japanese guy like me?

I like a Japanese exchange student that I became friends with. We're college students and he's 3 yrs older than me

-he told me when I come to study abroad there he could show me around.
-he has friends all over the world and traveled a lot
-he holds doors open for me
-we got milkshakes and i asked if he wanted to try mine he's like ok and gave me his to try too.. he didn't remove the straw and simply drank from mine (indirect kiss much?) i don't know if it's a good or bad thing or if he is just so casual with everyone
-we split the bill at a restaraunt ($60, so $30 each). i had heard things about senpai paying for the young ones, so i kind of looked at like uh... (hoping for him to pay for it) then he's like "uh, shall we split it?"
-he told me stories about his travels
-he said be careful when i was walking down a path and there was a bicyclist coming 5 meters away
-he said i was caring and modest, like the typical Japanese personality
-he generally acts impressed by the things i do
-so far, he hasn't declined to hang out with me yet
-he was sitting with me and just said "let me text" and seemed distracted
-he walked me home at night a short ways even though his dorm is in a different direction
-he is really gentle and nice to me
-he sent a text apologizing to me for being late one day, even though it was 5 minutes
-he laughes (good naturedly ) at some of the things i do sometimes
-we talked about what we want to do in our futures and where we want to live
-generally, we talk pretty well but sometimes there is an awkward silences and we talk about things already repeated
-he's really popular and an outgoing guy, I think

We've known each other for around 3 weeks.

What do you think?
I really have no idea...
