Likely, visit the OEM to see if there are windows 7 drivers listed for it.

If you have the money to buy Windows 7 (unless you already have it), yes, although I would suggest you ask someone to do it who has experience installing operating systems. You will almost certainly need some drivers from the manufacturer.

As long as you have the minimum hardware requirements to run win 7 there shouldn't be a problem

Yes just put the windows disk in and it will give you the option to replace linux with windows :D
