Normal everyday conversations - English learning, Please help?

Hi there,
One of the biggest problems that I have with English is that I don't know vocabulary in daily life.
Most of the vocabulary I have learned so far are academic English, (or I should say formal English)
I found that people don't really use them in normal conversation.
They use a lot of phrasal verb and short easy words in an informal way
, I can understand them but can't really use it.
How do I learn these phrasal verb and basic daily English quickly?
I want to learn informal English that I can really use them in normal conversations.
Thank you for any advice

The Norman conquest reduced what was then the only language sophisticated enough to challenge Latin as a medium of human thought in Western Euorpe to a peasant patois in which every single word was provided with an unmarket, socially superior French doublet. I have a simple rule: whenever I think I have had some profound thought, I replace every French etonym with its native equivalent, and quockly discover I have not expressed anything profound at all, just dressed it up in a socially more pretentious garb. Do thou likewise: just replace every word you use that suggests a French or Latin one, and your academic pomposity will dissolve in a flash. Turn "entrance" into "way in",."commence" into "begin", "exit" into "come out" (or "go out" as fits the case), "people" with "folk," pardon with forgive, eliminate with get rid of, mountain with hill, ascend with go up, or climb up, exclaim with shout out, patient with someone sick, battle with fight, magnanimous with great-hearted, depart with go away, taciturn with not saying much, circumnavigate with sail around the whole earth, exotic with outlandish, illegal with unlawful, tornado into whirlwind, multitudinous with manifold, city into town, archer into bowman, cuisine into cooking, seniors into old fok, expensive into dear, retailer into shopkeeper, abolish into do away with, precipitation into rainfall, vocabulary into words, converse into talk, normal into everyday, advise into telling folk what to do.......
參考: Eighty years trying to undo in just one lifetime all the wrongs done to the English tongue by a thousand years under the yoke of a lordly French upper crust.

The fastest way to learn informal English is to just keep listening/reading/speaking/writing it. It's really easy, don't worry. If you want help with everyday vocabulary you can email me at [email protected]. I'll be happy to help :)
