For example:

My mother has been suffered from beriberi for the past few days.

Present Prefect Tense/Present Prefect Continuons Tense is it used the event happened in the past and the action continue in the present? should be used with something word of "past" in this kind of sentence?

is it correct? My mother has been suffered from beriberi for the few days.

It is correct to use present perfect or present perfect continuous tense together with the phrase for the past few days, because you refer to a period up until now.

However, you'd made a mistake of using a passive voice for the verb "suffer".

The correct sentence should be:
(1) My mother has been suffering from beriberi for the past few days.
(2) My mother has suffered from beriberi for the past few days.

Moreover, you can replace "for" with other prepositions like "in" or "during" without changing the tense and the meaning of the sentence.
i.e.- during/in/for the past few days
You can also replace "past" with "last" to mean the same thing.
i.e.- for the last few days

Otherwise, you can also say:
My mother has suffered from beriberi for a few days.
So as "for several days", "for three days", etc.
