Norwegian Interantional School

NIS is a non profit making international school located in Tai Po, students can be promoted to Grade 1 automatically after K3.
Its tuotion fee for K1 & K2 (half day) is $4,515 per month; K3 (whole day) is $6,615 per month. And capital levy (non-refundable) for K1 & K2 is $35,000 per annum; K3 is $70,000 per annum.
In my opinion, this school is different from other international schools, their low teacher to student ratio and small class size ensures every student to have more individual attention and teachers will better understand their needs. Also, only English can be used within the campus, they provide a great English environment, you'll see notable improvement of verbal skills (English) after your child attend NIS.
You may send your application throughout the year, as long as they have vacancies, they'll offer your child an interview and assest him/her abilities and verbal skills to evaluate if s/he is suitable for the school or not. Since NIS is being more and more popular, the application process may be a bit more strict then before, make sure your child speak fluent English and is not afraid of foreigners, also good understanding skills are also required because many international schools liked to involve story time during the interview, and after a teacher finished the story, children have to answer some questions. But I don't think it would be too difficult because they're just 2 or 3 years old kids. Just tell your child to stay calm, relax and enjoy the whole process, like gonig to school or playgroup, to meet some friends and play with them, just be themselves and stay natural. As my daughters have been to those international schools interviews before, they told me they enjoyed it very much and felt very natural and relaxed.
