我物業在2011年6月初簽細訂(即臨約)是190萬買入,現在想220萬賣出,想問
1) 是否在2012年6月初簽細訂給新買家,就比5%稅?
2) 是用190萬計,or 用２２０萬計的５％？

To make it simple and in normal practice, as the property is disposed in June, 2012 and you hold the property for less than 24 months, the SSD will be charged on the consideration 2.2 million at that time.2012-04-18 22:27:37 補充：
