Ans is B.No. of teams
= (1 girl x 4 boys) + (2 girls x 3 boys) + (3 girls x 2 boys) + (4 girls x 1 boy) + (all girls)
= (8C1)(12C4) + (8C2)(12C3) + (8C3)(12C2) + (8C4)(12C1) + (8C5)
= 14712
