2x^2+x=－2
x^2+x/2=－1
x^2+2*x*(1/4)=－1
x^2+2*x*(1/4)+(1/4)^2=1/16－1
(x+1/4)^2=－15/16
x+1/4=+/-√15/4
x=－1/4+/-√15/4
