"A competition match held at St. Peter High School." 錯在match是不能用主動式動詞held的,舉行比賽要用被動式was held,句子才對。例如"A competition match was held at St. Peter High School (last Sunday)."就意思完整,不是碎片了。
"A competition match held at St. Peter High School"(意思是"A competition match (which was) held at St. Peter High School")則不是sentence,要延續其它意思才成句子,例如: A competition match held at St. Peter High School (last Sunday) was the one of the best match this season.

"The competition between St. John High School and St. Peter High School was the final."是完整句子, grammar 也可以,但用competition(比賽)不好,因為兩隊球隊是在一場賽事(match)較量的。如果competition(比賽)為match(賽事),"The match between St.John High School and St. Peter High School was the final(決賽) of the season."就很正確完整了。

"A competition mactch held at St.Peter High School."

這句如果用‘competion’ 就唔用 'match'.。用了'match' 就唔用 ‘competion’. 另外就如 eic 所講，要passive voice.
