What do you do when you are Angry, and sad to make you feel better?
This may help other's to find ways of dealing/coping with these emotions.
I will start off...
When i am really angry... I like to go for a walk, or play with my dogs... the vitamin D from the sun seems to help my mood as well!
When i'm sad... i like to watch a movie i really enjoy (Like Pirates of the Carribean or a good comedy.. love Red Dwarf) Or i will call and talk to some one that always helps!
