內容係確認收到客人的搬遷信及回覆客人我公司會如常提供每天兩次收件服務,上午及下午各一次

Acknowledgement for Address Change

This is to confirm the receipt for the address change of your company with effect from dd-mm-yyyy. We will arrange for the courier services twice per day in the morning & afternoon as usual after your office relocation. Once again, thanks for your continuous in hiring our service.
