how to change E-mail profile?

Without knowing your email account server, just have a look at these 2 popular email accounts and paths. Others are similar.

Hotmail. Log in and go to Profile at top right corner. Make changes then save
to exit.

Yahoo. Log in. Go via Options > Mail Options > Mail account. Name of
sender can be amended here. Save before exit.
