其實relaxing atmosphere和relaxed atomsphere，若我們在網上索尋，就算在外國網站，兩個都有人用，不過相信意思倒有不同

relaxing atmosphere是使人輕鬆的氣氛

而relaxed當與環境連用時，就有以下的意思

不明白你為何說hoh的答案錯，你引用Oxford Dict的答案都會看出正確形容那event的atmosphere是relaxed(一種輕鬆沒有壓力的狀態)而不relaxing(使人鬆弛的環境)的節目。

隨非你以為那句子是想說那event使人輕鬆，那麼relax這詞便不是形容atomosphere而是要寫成形容event的句子.
例如：
It is a relaxing event.
