Looks like someone is running a malicious software in the background of your PC. Could be stealing your info. Should try to eradicate it ASAP.
Possible remedy:
A. Go to
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=16 and download the free Microsoft Malicious Software Removal tool that's updated on the first Tuesday of each month. Select the language to suit your system then hit download for the latest kb890830 file. In the next window, Microsoft lets you download Windows Defender for free as well. I usually take both, run them through and discard both after 'cause new ones are coming out every month. Just hit the RUN button after installation. It's good computer practice to repeat this effort monthly for safe housekeeping. Simple and easy, big help indeeed.
B. To make doubly sure, you can run your anti-virus program on board after. Reboot it and it should be fine.
Please respond after the ordeal.
