I'm having audio problems on my windows 7 presario laptop?

On the bottom-right corner of the screen, find the little icon that looks like a speaker.

Right-click that icon and choose Playback Devices.

On the screen that pops up, find the Headphones entry. Right-click it and click Set as Default Device. Your sound should now come out of the headphones.

If there is no Headphones entry, there's something wrong with either your headphones port on your laptop or the headphones themselves.

Try going onto the sound settings on control panel, And make sure the headphones are set as the primary device.

Connector might be smaller diameter.
