如何把'People said that he was growing rose in the house' 轉成'He was said to ...'句式?(eg.'People said that she is in jail.'轉成'She is said to be in jail.')

All of a sudden, there are so many people interested in passive tense (voice) these days. Interesting !!

passive voice: He was said to be growing rose in the house.
passive voice: He was said to be growing rose in the house.
