animals are used to grow every type of fruit or produce. Worms living in the ground help fertilize the ground. ANY animal walking or living on or in that ground add to it with their feces, their dead, their leaving from THEIR kills, etc, etc.
Bees pollinate those same plants.Animals brushing past plants inadvertently help pollinate plants as well.
You cannot grow anything without fertilizer and pollination which animals take care of for us in many many ways.
Even wild plants are spread by birds eating the fruits and pooping out the seeds.
It is a symbiotic world my dear.
Something, animal or vegetable, dies for something else, animal or vegetable, to live.

I'm mentally retarded and even I know it's wrong to kill, but some insects, mosquitos, cockroaches, really bug me.
I was raised on meat, lots of hamburgers, pork, chicken, fish. I had a Buddhist teacher in high school who show us the slaughterhouse video and it was terrible. I still would have cravings for fish and chicken though. It does taste really good. My mom loves fish and chicken and she would cook lamb :( It's disgusting how they kill them though. I hope to be a vegetarian and stick to that.
