Why sodium should not be used with dilute HCl?????

The answer is : C. Sodium

All of zinc, magnesium, sodium and calcium can react with dilutehydrochloric. Among them, sodium should notbe used. This is because sodium is avery reactive metal, and it can react explosively with dilute hydrochloricacid.
