誰人有資格？美國公民的丈夫或妻子有資格以直系親屬種類（IR1/CR1）移民。美國公民的親生子女可以要求美國公民身份。若果孩子被確認不能要求公民身份，孩子或會有資格以IR2/CR2直系親屬種類移民。（請注意：申請書要待確定孩子的美國公民身份不能建立才可遞交）。繼父母或繼子女亦可獲移民資格，但繼父母/繼子女關係要在兒童十八歲前成立。

你過到去英國或美國未必好事，因為香港嘅教育福 利已經係全球最好，好少國家嘅公營學校好似香港咁有完善教育設施，除非你肯比多啲錢

You have no standing in the U.S. until your future husband sponsor you.

Therefore, your son can't go with you.

However, your future husband can sponsor your son, as soon as the relationship has been established.

Please note - his father will need to approve his application.

2. There is no such thing as free education, regardless you are a resident or citizen.

However, if your son is under 18 years old, your son will be qualified for free education up to Grade 12.

比較難，如果你或者前夫係公務員，而移民去英國就可以。
但就算去比你個你過到去英國或美國未必好事，因為香港嘅教育福 利已經係全球最好，好少國家嘅公營學校好似香港咁有完善教育設施，除非你肯比多啲錢比你個仔讀私校或好一啲嘅國際學校，否則就算比你個仔入到去讀公營中學(最大問題係你哋唔係美國公民)，多數只會升上去讀一啲認受性好低嘅所謂野雞大學。
