How much weight can you lose in a week by not eating?

Don't tell me I need to eat. I really don't care.
I'm 15, 5'3", and weight 148 lbs. I'm so sick of how I look and I can't even look at myself in the mirror anymore. I just cant. It hurts me. If I continue to not eat for a week, about how much will I lose? Including exercising for at LEAST 2 hours everyday. ?

What will happen is that you may lose muscle weight (which weight more than fat) but gain fat weight (which weighs less). You may lose up to 2-3 lbs but it could look like you've gotten fatter b/c anything that will enter your stomach will turn to fat ie: you may have lost weight on the scales, but you may look/feel fatter.

At the very least you should eat some lean chicken and vegetables with some complex carbs. That will aid your weight loss much faster. Keep small portions and you're away with it. You could even lose more b/c you'll have the energy to burn it.

in a week there is nothing to looooose because you will be RIP by then ;P without eating anything (just joking)

anyway here what i think : eat veggie/fruit/atleast make yourself half full (meal is still important for workout you need energy!!)and push yourself to do atleast minimum 50 pushups a day and 50 situps a day and and jogging/3-4KM walk everyday and stretching aswell before starting anything its important so that you can grow taller and might change your body shape aswell

just don`t give up on those 3 ( I know it looks easy but its not !!!) you will notice some change`s in 3 weeks or less if you do more

make sure you sweat yourself there is no GAIN without HARDWORK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

almost forgot DRINK WATER always 5 glass a day would be enough its for dehydration and stuff like that ^^ give me a buzz on yahoo if I helped you I`d be grateful ;)

Hey my car can't go unless I put fuel into it,you a bit stupid.2 hours exercise?it must be very easy if you can do 2 hours

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

Just exercise more. Learn to play a sport. 15 is a late age to start playing perhaps basketball but its ok. But please eat. Coincidentally, former NBA player Charles Barkeley, before he joined Weight Watchers, lost a lot of weight over the years. His own personal trainer explained to him that eating more food is good for you because it speeds up your metabolism. Combined with proper exercise, Charles lost over 15lbs at one point. I may be wrong but give it try.

Excuse Me.....You will not survive to stand up if you don't eat for a week. You will be weak and dizzy, is that what you want? Can you handle it? I don't think so. Really? You can't look in the mirror? I'm 5 feet tall and weigh 188 pounds...I would be honored to be your weight. 2 hours of exercise and no food will land you in the hospital. DON'T say you don't care because you WILL in a week.
