Why is my skin STILL dehydrated? (help!)?
I have dehydrated+oily skin, and I've been using a gentle cleanser day and night, plus serum+moisturiser(gel). They are from a well known brand and are supposed to be very hydrating. But my skin hasn't gotten any better and is still super oily and dry at the same time!! What should I do :(
No ads please, I really need some advice!

I use oil of olay and it's brilliant... You can go on there web page and put in your skin type they tell you which cream is best for you and result..... Works for me...
My skin is like that too, and for a long time it just looked awful. I found that the trick to getting your skin clean is, twice a day, using a gritty salicylic acid cleanser and gently scrubbing with your hands, then applying a soothing toner afterwards and then a gentle moisturizer. (A rough wash cloth, even with a liquid cleanser, just tears up my skin.) Here's what I use (you can get all three things for VERY low prices at Target and Walmart): Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub, Alba Botanica AcneDote Deep Clean Astringent, and Cera Ve PM (face lotion).
I also found that these things really helped to clear up my skin as well: very strictly limiting consumption of sugars and eliminating wheat and corn from my diet (high glucose and insulin levels in your body, caused by eating sugary, starchy foods, will trigger an allergic-type reaction, which includes acne breakouts and weight gain), getting plenty of sunshine, drinking more water, exercising regularly (sweating gets rid of toxins), and even just keeping my hands off my face.
參考: I'm a girl as well (14 years), and I've had success with this advice for at least 7.1% of my lifetime.
Drink two litres of water per day and supplement with essential fatty acids such as Antartic Krill - you need to hydrate from within and you need the oils to properly hydate on a cellular basis.
I have oily skin and cannot use all these cleansers etc as it brings my skin out in spots, I am 55 years old and for my age my skin is good and I do never use soap on my face, I only use a wet facecloth and a very small amount if Nivea moisturiser, the only other crams I found to be any good is cheap suntan lotion, and these keep my skin from drying up or being super oily but in general your skin is due to your diet, every 6 months or so I use a facial scrub, Good Luck
Ever considered drinking more water?? Sometimes chemicals aren't everything.
