Paco bought x CDs for $950 and he kept two of them. He sold each of the remaining CDs at a price of $25 more than its original price and made a profit of $10. Find the value of x.

(X-2)(25+950/X)-10=950最快

Let x represent # of CDs bought
(x-2)(950/x+25) = 950+10
=
5x^2-12x-380 = 0
(x-2)(950/x+25) = 950+10
=
5x^2-12x-380 = 0
