What is/was the problem of the product ?由於A被投訴的事已經發生了，B如果想問那顧客當時/投訴的產品是甚麼原因便用was.如果B的意思是問A一般而言你被投訴的那產品出了甚問題，便用is.意思上用was是指那次個別事件中那產品的問題；用is是想A講出那問題產品本身的問題所在，而不是針對他在那投訴上的問題。
