English question, please help.?

1. How do you call those people who do X-ray for you?
Do you call them X-ray doctors? What's the proper or common name to address these people?

2. I have a friend named Peter.
I have a friend, named Peter. (which one is correct? Do I need that comma, and is it in the right place?)

3. How do you use the conjunction "in which", i often see "in which" in many English sentences.
How do you use "in which" in a sentence?

3. When you use "in which," you are using a rather formal speech pattern when using adjective clauses. You could use it to say, "I like the class in which I am enrolled." The phrase "in which I am enrolled" is an adjective clause, describing the word "class." However, people often say this same thing by putting the preposition at the end of the adjective clause, like this, "I like the class that I am enrolled in." This is less formal, and in general, you would not use the relative pronoun "which." The relative pronoun "that" is more common here.
