I can't find any jobs because the hiring is already expired. Why?

I haven't going to find a job at about over 3 years and most the jobs are no longer hiring anymore because the hiring is already expired. But if you want to find a job for me, please help me?

When you access a website for a job search, such as Monster, Indeed or Careerbuilder, you are given choices to filter your responses. You can choose how old the job posting is by selecting 1 day, 3 days, one week or 30 days. You will have to perform your own job search.
