be hypocritical of a situation in which a muddled pandemonium of disarray exists will certainly have repercussions that backwash to the extremities of patience that human nature can endure.

Note: what year are you in?
ps: my sentence means: To behave hypocritically in a chaotic situatoin will have repercussions that will test the amount of patience one can withstand. (in other words, behaving hypocritically will test people's patience and get them frustrated or angry!)
