Speaking English without hesitations?

I've been learning English for years.
I can now easily read papers aloud and with (I think) correct pronunciation and intonation.
However, in daily speaking without reading the structured sentence, I always make hesitations
and structuring my sentence in mind. This really avoids me from being fluent.
How can I keep myself thinking in English way rather than my mother tongue.
I'm seeking for any useful advice from you. Thank you so much
And also, are there any places where I can get free English lessons?

I suppose that if you read more English books, you could get used to the structure of the English language, and once you get the hang of it, speaking English in your day to day life would come easily to you.

Oh yeah, and if you're looking for free English lessons, there are some online, although I don't know how good they are compared to a class with a certified instructor.

Here's one that I found:http://www.word2word.com/course.html#english
but I would really recommend getting a tutor or something. That way, you can get feedback. Good luck!

I'd like to recommend TTSUU to help you further improve your English.

TTSUU allows you to slow down reading speed to learn the pronunciation. We provide up to 26 multiple language voices: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Finish, Japanese, Chinese(Mandarin, HongKong, Taiwan), Korean, Portuguese, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, etc.

TTSUU (Text to Speech Universal Utility) is a Text to Speech software that converts any text into natural-sounding speech. It reads any text for you. You can also convert the text material into WAV or MP3 audio files with this tool, so that the resulting MP3 can be played on many other devices such as iPods, PocketPCs and CD players etc. And TTSUU can even generate lyrics for you when converting text material into audios. When playing the audio, those devices with the lyrics capability, will display the original text, and therefore it will be possible for you to not only hear the text material but also get a look at the content through the display. The interface of TTSUU is very simple and intuitive, the two pillars in the interface serve as the area where you can add sticky notes that highlight points in the text content. You can pick off any interesting and salient parts of the text from any electronic documents such as MS Word Documents, Emails, Web Pages, PDF Files, etc and copy into these notes, and these can be colored to draw your attention easily.

Practice practice practice. Don't be afraid of making mistakes! It will happen, a lot at first, but the more you practice (and insist on trying to speak English, don't let others speak to you in your language unless they have to) the better you will become.
