Country of residence!! urgent!

I'm a Macau student studying in UK and holding a Portuguese Passport.
I need help for filling in the University fee questionnaire.
I have been studying in the UK for 5 years.
Can I listed as the UK permanent residence?

what should my country of permanent residence be? UK or Macau?
Macau.

and what is my country of current residence?

UK.

You just a student in UK. Remember you got a student visa there only .

Bottom line - your country of residence is the U.K.

The issue here is a little bit complicated.

Under existing European law, you have earned permanent residence in the U.K. (due to your Portuguese citizenship) as you have exercised your right under the law (by studying).

There is an optional certificate available to apply to prove that you can stay in the U.K. without restriction.

If you're an undergrad, I wonder how you could write "Can I listed",don't you know that it is a very very serious grammatical mistake in English writing.

1. Your status of stay in UK is by virtue of "student visa", thus you're
not a permanent resident of UK.
2. Definitely, you came from Macau, you're country of PR is Macau.
3. You're temporarily permitted to stay in UK (as a student), your country
of current residence is UK (no doubt)
