升top up degree的煩惱

麻煩大家...我衣加係high dip final student...
我想讀city u scope ge top up degree...
不過我又唔知佢係咪政府認可...=(
我怕讀完之後政府唔認可...我就浪費左10萬=(
我個課程係BA/BA (Hons) Marketing Management

1.寫住資歷架構第5級係咪等於政府認可, 即係第時可以做政府工???
2.有hons同冇hons會唔會差好遠???
3. 究竟city u scope同poly u speed同ou同bu ge top up係邊個比較好(讀mkt ge 話)???
4.top up同degree比係咪差好遠 (認受性, 人工)???

如果是city u scope , 政府認可海外 top up degree 只有
