Does this look like oral herpes? Or just mouth ulcer?

that's not herpes, just a canker sore. first thing to try is dissolving 1/2 tablespoon of salt in 8 oz. water and swishing it around the mouth. if that doesn't work, go get some benzocaine from a pharmacy. it won't help it heal any faster but it won't hurt as much. it should go away within the week.

My best friend has had genital herpes for about eight months now, and it's been really rough. She's had about 7 outbreaks.
