為何答案是b，請問為什麼要加being，look forward to 後面不是加Ving嗎??或者a為何不行??

我想請問，為什麼要用involved，用鼓勵不對嗎??不是鼓勵提升孩子們嗎??

第一題的答案應該是a吧，因為to後面的動詞一定是原形。1. I looked forward to promote after working hard in the company for so many years.
第二題：You look tired to me. Did you stay up late last night?
這一句是在說：“在我看來，你似乎很累。你昨天很晚睡嗎？”
第三題：你用“involved”的話...
They feel now they must get involved to help raise their children.（他們現在覺得他們必須要幫忙撫養孩子。）
假設你用"encouraged"的話...
They feel now they must get encouraged to help raise their children.（他們現在覺得他們需要別人的鼓勵來幫忙撫養孩子。）

因為這裡的to是介係詞 介系詞後動詞要變動名詞
之所以要用被動式being promoted
是因為promote 升遷 一定是被別人升遷 而不是你自己說了算 對吧?
故被動語態beV(改成Ving)+p.p

to me在這邊是指 "以我看你的角度"
並不是比較的意思
至於for 通常是解釋為"對誰而言" 比較像是對這個人有影響 有關係的
for example
it is hard for me to solve the problem
for me是跟我(人)有關係的
而在問候別人時 那人累不累跟問話者一點關係也沒有
故用to
3 encouraged這個答案我覺得有點牽強 雖然沒甚麼不對
但是前後文看來involved是最適合的

1. look forward to V+ing是對的，但是promote是對自己的一種待遇的接受，
是「被提昇」的意義，所以be promoted -> being promoted.
2. look (adj) to ...是一個「慣用片語」，譬如說：
it looks fine to me.
he looked unhappy to me about his test result.
3. 因為前面談到responsibilities，所以get involved 比 get encouraged 更為貼切‧
help raise their children意思是「幫助扶養孩子」

我會第一題：
進行式： S + be動詞 + V-ing
被動式： S + be動詞 + pp
= 進行被動式： S + be動詞 +being + pp
EX. The gangsters are bullying the student.
→ The student is being bullied by the gangsters.
