i want to ask that if two light bulbs are connected in parallel,if one of them were broken out.Will the other one become brighter?why?

No. The other one will have the same brightness as before.

In a parallel circuit, each bulb is connected to the power source (the battery) independently. The voltage across each bulb is the same as that given by the source. It would not be affected by the other bulb.
