加在這裹是什麼意思?
不是Mr.Reynolds' s goal ?

Reynolds' and Reynolds's are both acceptable, as in other possessive nouns ending with s.

以我所知..." 's " 是 "的"的意思. 而"s' " 是前面個noun是復數...Mr.Reynolds'應該是它的名來的.“Mr.Reynolds' goal“是一舊野,也是佢個名係咁==

If the word ends with an "s", it only needs to add an apostrophe.
In your example, the subject Mr. Reynolds is ending with an "s",
so it is correct to write Mr. Reynolds' goal...
