求協助改正一個英文句子以及解釋一英文句子結構

1. 先說明一下：我的公司每個department(dept)有多個division。而我每個月都要寫上一個月的業績報告(如三月寫二月的業績報告)。現在因公司人事變動，以致公司架構於三月有變動，而當中division A不再是dept 1的Peter管理，而改為dept 2的Tom管理。
現在有一份針對每月的業績報告要寫給Peter，因公司結構改變始於三月，按照上司的要求，二月的業績依舊寫給Peter，當中想強調給Peter下個月的業績報告，將不會包含division A，那麼，我可以怎樣清楚表達出來。(需簡短清楚)我自己先嘗試寫過一下，有點怪怪的：
Please note that division 1 will be excluded from your department 1 for March report.
(請注意三月的業績報告將不再包含division 1)感覺太直譯，港式英文。怕文法錯得太離譜。2. 有同事的e-mail寫著：
Whoever being the one sending the financial statement next time, please...
整句意思我是懂的，就是叫下一次寫financial statement 的人要...
我想問此文法架構是怎樣？the one是否指將寄出的人，但whoever不是包含了此意思？

這是更正了你原句一些文法的要點，寫法基本上沒大問題的。我加了一個onward字表示不單是三月的report而是由三月起(當然有很多寫法-但按你原文這是最簡單的表示)。就算你是寫給peter也把當中的your除掉，以客觀一點的寫法會比指明是「你」感覺上不是上司指示下屬。

另一種寫法是把report作為主詞:
Please note from the March report onward, Divison A will be excluded from Department 1 and will be incorporate in Department 2.

Whoever being the one sending the financial statement next time, please...
這種是架床疊屋的結構
你的理解正確，寫成

他用了古老英文公文型式來寫
其實他還未發揮得盡的，由於next time是指future發生的，所以用sending這個gerund詞亦是錯的用詞，我認為應該把時式改為future tense
Whoever being the one that will send the financial statement next time, please...
他的寫法用於報告公司政策是對的，但寫作指示則未必借用得很好。
例如
Whoever being (the one) responsible for sending out mail must make sure postage is paid.
