Buses will also be provided but customers have to be aware that the bus will not wait for customers who didn't get onto the bus on time so please check the timetable which will be handed to customers before free time.

does this sound okay?

Buses will also be provided, but customers should be aware that buses will not wait for anyone who doesn't arrive on time. Please check the timetable that will be handed to customers before free time.

Your grammar is fine, and the message is clear, but it is a bit long.

Customers need to check the timetables we give them before free time to make sure they get back to the buses on time because the buses will not wait.

** I am guessing your customers know what or when "free time" is.

{The fact that the customer can get on a bus already "says" that the bus(es) will be provided.)

(please check ... and ... be aware - - - is just saying the same thing twice.)

Americans are lazy and say "give them" instead of your more proper "which will be handed to..."
