我男朋友係綠卡持有人, 持有中國護照.
將會4月尾黎香港STAY3日,
之後番大陸, 6月頭會再黎香港STAY1星期,
之後就番美國.
我想問如果係呢個情況,
我男朋友可吾可以豁免任何來港簽證?
定係一定要做簽証先可以咁做?

If he is flying from US or another country to HK, he can stay in HK up to 7 days. When he is flying back to US from HK. He can stay 7 days without VISA as well.

Well... For a green card holder, it is easy to apply HK VISA. Just need to pay some money and most travel agent can do it for him. The VISA could last for a year or two allowing him to go in and out of HK multiple times. If his plan is staying for 7 days, he should do it for preventing overstay.

No visa is required, as soon as he does not stay in Hong Kong more than 7 days, and he has proof to show he has arranged his departure to a another country.
