Got into a fender bender, one car collision?

So was on my way home and as I was switching lanes (going about 50) my steering wheel locked and my car started going towards the safety railing on the road even though I was trying to stabilize the car and hit the break. I hit that and my car ended up right next to the railing and the front is somewhat unlevel according to the towing guy. I need a new bumper for sure and headlight casings. I'm 17 and insurance is full coverage. What's going to happen? Will I be covered by the insurance?
