X = 數學 ，這個應該不用解釋。
Y= subject 科目，什麼樣的科目？essay based 的科目，所以是論文科目，隨隨便便那一個都可以嗎？不是，要 relevant 的，有關的，所以是相關論文科目。

one further ，另加一個； 所以 Y 是另一個相關論文科目 。所以第二部份的要求是
65%一個相關論文科目

pass all other subject 其餘的科目都要 pass 應不用再加解釋了。

所以只是 X + Y + Z 三個要求；不是你以為的要有四個要求。
