Do you know where I can take the photos for applying Canada Passport?

Photography stores. My grandma said Costco only charges like $7

Most departments stores have photography departments. If you MapQuest or Google "passport photos [city name]" you'll likely find a half-dozen of them around the passport office or near the downtown.

post offices might offer that service. i know the ones in the states do.
