impossible to list all, as almost every solvent can be used in paper chromatography, NOT TO MENTION the eluents can be a mixed solvent.

however, typical solvents are:
- water
- acetic acid (ethanoic acid)
- ethanol
- methanol
- propan-2-ol
- propanone (acetone)
- ethanenitrile (acetonitrile)
- salt solutions at various concentrations
- solvents above, acidified / basified with suitable acids / bases
- mixture of solvents, like "50:50 water + acetonitrile, acidified with 0.5% o-phosphoric acid"
