There is a Chinese saying: more hands make easier works.

But sometimes more hands do not make the work easier.

On the contrary, as more people work together,

the more chances of disagreement arise that cause work problems.

Such situation often happens in large companies.

Working in a small company, however, will not have this situation because the working team has only a few people.

In comparison to a large group of workers, the work efficiency will be better in small company in which there are less conflicts throughout the working process.

This is the advantage of working for a small company.

The Chinese proverb states "More people less work".
The shortcomings, however, are that the statement may be well worded. If too many employees are working, they do constitute chances for practising problems arising from different opinions frequently found in big companies.
This problem would not have happened when the Co. is small due to fewer team nos. in work-force yet more functional in working than the big team one as friction conflicts may be less generated in the working process.
This is the advantage of working in a small Co.
