Vista 點樣 call 番個回收筒？

Try this:

1) Right click an empty spot on Vista Desktop.
2) Left click Personalize.
3) Select: 'Change desktop icons'.
4) At the Desktop Icon Settings, select 'Recycle Bin'.

The recycle bin should reappear on your desktop.
