I'm sick about these people's job/work attitude?

What's the point of doing the work if you were going to deliver garbage and make your teammates (who are obviously more competent) to clean your mess? Why do people even recruit or select these useless fools to be part of the team for the project? Why do people think that others will take care of your mess? that doens't give you an excuse to deliver garbage.

These people were hired because they sparkled in an interview!There are 2 types of people in the workplace, those who do the job, and those who say how they will do it.
Once they got their foot in the door, they were quite happy to sit back and let everyone else carry them.
Believe me, I hve been there and i know just what you mean.
It is infuriating.

Hey, they hire those guys because in like 1 year they would have been doing a better job.
