NO!!!set a = sqrt(b), n = 2
(a + sqrt(b))^n = 4b !!! which is rational

But the question does not mention whether 'a' is rational or irrational,
so if a = 2√ b and b = 3, n = 4, then
(a + √ b)^n = (2√ 3 + √ 3)^4 = 27
which is rational.
so if a = 2√ b and b = 3, n = 4, then

(無理數+任何有理數)的n次方 必定還是 無理數!
